Mid-high ASPD and mid-high str is useless because you won't get 182 ASPD with mid-high str. ASPD is useless for a champ when it's not 182 or above.
Do I always need 36 base vit for observation card? Is it good to use Rocker card instead to have other higher stats?

I wish a professional would make a guide of EVERY class. I've been to so many forums and even when I was a noob on iro it was almost IMPOSSIBLE to find any decent builds at all.

there is no best champ build its whatever you like I wish a professional would make a guide of EVERY class. I've been to so many forums and even when I was a noob on iro it was almost IMPOSSIBLE to find any decent builds at all.
people dont like to give there builds away so when they make guides its like half the build lol |

the secret guide to becoming a king on cool servers (non-3rd class version): make ~6 bot accounts for zeny make a sinx and slave buffer accounts if u dont have sinx friends things to buy with your hard earned zeny: infil [1], hydra, horong clip, l0otsa poison bottles, potz get blessing, agi, assum, sl, ot go to pvp use edp sb ppl ps make sure you get a sound plugin for dat bot, cuz it saves accounts  |

i think the most important thing on champ is the way you place your skill on your keys Oo and how you are used to play with your configuration O_o. if your reflex match with your key then you should be good with any correct build and you wouldnt need "the best build ever" O_O. try to think about it and you could even play without battle mode.
lol but anyway, the 4 most important things on this class is the speed , the cast, the damage and the heal and you must get at least 11k hp =P. So you got an idea of what kind of build you have to makz XD
Also ; less than 182 aspd IS not useless. if the move of ur champ are fast without the possibility of doinf 2pps + invest, then i don't see why it wuld be a problem, just keep doing simpler combo like pps+invest or 2pps and keep doing ,absorb, pneuma ,heal and finger.....
But if when you are playing champion, you think that it s 182 aspd or nothing....... then you are on the wrong way guy.
